What are the delivery time slots?

Our delivery time slots are as follows:

  • 1pm-3pm
  • 3pm-5pm
  • 5pm-8pm

Any timing requested outside our delivery window will incur a surcharge of $20.
**Applies to both delivery and pickup.

**Although we will endeavour to deliver your orders within the indicated timeframe, the delivery times stated or agreed or represented are estimates only.

If you have specified a time for your orders to be delivered (within our delivery window), we will do our best to fulfil it.

Delivery times may be affected by a number of factors, including those outside of our control such as equipment failures, bad weather and/or traffic conditions. While timely delivery is an important commitment, we place equal importance in ensuring the safety of our drivers / riders and the due observance of traffic regulations.

**Do note that delays are to be expected on peak seasons such as Public Holidays, Teacher's Day, Fasting Month, etc.

Chulop! By The Syarifs Pte Ltd will not be held accountable for any items lost after the successful completion of the delivery SOPs and will not be liable for a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect / incomplete addresses given.

What are the pickup timings?

Our pickup time slots are as follows:

  • Monday-Sunday: 1pm-8pm

You may select your pickup time upon ordering.

Any timing requested outside our pickup window will incur a surcharge of $20.

Pickup orders which are not collected at the stated date and time will be discarded and there shall be no refunds offered for any unclaimed items.

Any request to reprocess your order will be subjected to our feasibility and will require an additional payment equal to the total original order amount.

What is the cut-off time for same-day delivery/pickup?

The cut-off time to order for Same-Day Delivery/Pickup are as follows:

  • Same-Day Delivery: 5pm
  • Same-Day Pickup: 6.30pm

What happens if there is no one at home to receive the order?

If there is no acknowledgement from the receiver, the driver reserves the right to hang it at the door handle OR place it at a safe location nearby the door.

In the event that the recipient's delivery address is given wrongly and the receiver/purchaser remains uncontactable, our driver will proceed to carry on with the next destination.

There shall be no redelivery of items.

Missing item(s) upon receiving my order

Kindly contact us at 94752559 via WhatsApp.

Missing item(s) must be reported within 24 hours after the order is delivered.

A photo proof of what you have received must be attached for us to investigate the issue.

Refunds will be considered only if the above conditions are met and we determine that a refund is warranted.

Why is there an additional $5 delivery charge on my order?

Our website is integrated with Google Maps.

If your delivery address is deemed to be within or near high traffic areas such as CBD, Tuas or Sentosa, an additional $5 delivery charge will be automatically applied upon checkout.

To maintain fairness for all customers, this fee is non-waivable as it is standardised across the board.
